1. Nathan's love
2. Urban's love
3. Parent's love
This is a repost of a drawing my Grandfather drew for and of my Grandmother when they were still newlyweds in 1935. Isn't it sweet?
My grandfather was an illustrator for a newspaper at a CCC (Civilian Conservation Corps) camp in Cedar City, Utah and was away from my grandmother for months at a time.

I hope to one day make a stitchery out of it, not real sure how to go about it, I love the detail.
Saturday night, February 13th, the three of us went to my favorite place (Texas Roadhouse) for a nice Valentine's dinner. Then we went to a Lego store and let Urban select a Lego set. He chose an Indiana Jones set, mainly because it had a motorcycle - something he's wanted for his collection.
I get to buy some art supplies for an e-course that begins on Monday. Urban also selected a pot of tulips for my Valentine's gift. I've been leaving a Valentine plus a treat for Nathan every morning since February 1st.
Valentine's is kind of a silly holiday, but it's good to be conscious of our loved ones!
