I thought I was being so creative by naming the project 30-something since that is my age, the charms are 30's reproductions and it took 30-something charms to create the runner. Or does it??
After giving this pattern to all those who helped with the autism fundraiser event my sister in law points out, "Yes it's clever and cute, but it takes more than 30-something squares to create!"
What? Let's see, 6 rows of 7 is thirty . . . NO, FORTY two!!
So, I guess I have to rename the pattern or use less triangles per row! Oh well, I still like how it turned out.

Oh, and this was my first time trying a scalloped border so it didn't turn out exactly as planned, but I'm happy with it anyway!
This is so charming and sweet, a really darling pattern!
ReplyDeleteI think it is just beautiful!! Love that border.
ReplyDeleteIt's cute as can be! Love your designs!
ReplyDeleteI love your scalloped border because it isn't your typical scalloped border. I was thinking how cute and original it is and was surprised to see that it didn't turn out how you wanted. I love it!
ReplyDeleteHow about 30-Something Plus
ReplyDeleteThe scallop border is a great touch to the table runner.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful table runner - names don't matter so much. I like it!

I like it!!
ReplyDeleteIt turned out great!!
ReplyDeleteMel...I absolutely love the table runner. So what if the count is off...it can still be 30 something!
ReplyDeleteThis is so so cute. Thank you so much for the pattern. I'm making a table runner for my sister but I'm afraid she won't like it and so I might make this as a back up so I'm SURE she will lik eit.
