OK, so earlier in the month, we decided to pack up our VW and explore some of the beautiful areas here in the Rocky Mountains.
On the 4th of July, we went through Nederland where there was a fun home town parade. I love parades!!
Concerts, weddings, hiking, what-have-you takes place amongst these statuesque rocks.

ReplyDeleteHey I live in Evergreen! And we go to that park in Kittridge a lot, like today. :-p The creek is fun for the kids. Hubby and I were married at Red Rocks, it is my favorite spot.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great trip. There's nothing quite like a concert at the Red Rocks Ampitheater - I saw John Denver there many years ago and it was "awesome" - and my kids saw the Greatful Dead there, too. Quite an experience, to say the least!!!
