These are the books I read for the
RIP Challenge.
RECAP: Every September 1st through October 31st Carl challenges readers to read from the following genres: Mystery, Suspense, Thriller, Dark Fantasy, Gothic, Horror or Supernatural.
I signed up for Peril the Second in which I committed to read two books of my choice. It wasn't long before I had my first two books read! I ended up reading and enjoying five books in all which qualifies me for:

in which one reads at least four books.
The following is my list, in the
order I read them.
The first two books have links to my review of the book, I hope to have my review of all the books within the next couple of days.
In Cold Blood by Truman Capote
The Bell Witch an American Haunting by Brent Monahan

The Heart Shaped Box by Joe Hill

The Lovely Bones by Alice Sebold

Mothman Prophecies by John Keel

Ooh - I read "In Cold Blood" recently, too, and I also read "Breakfast at Tiffany's" and the short stories that went along with that short novel. It was amazing how different the two books were, and I really enjoyed "In Cold Blood," but I *loved* "Breakfast at Tiffany's." "The Lovely Bones" is also a really interesting book. :)
You're making me want to try some of the others on your list there!
I have The Heart Shapaed Box, did you like it. It really looked spooky. I love your blog, I am signing on to be a follower.
What did you think of Lovely Bones?1
