Charming Girl's Quilt Club - September Goals

I'm going to hand quilt two quilts (throw size).
I'm going to be without a sewing machine off and on this month.
I also need to finish up my signature squares for the swap
Do some hexies for the Pot Luck
Get started on the Disappearing 9 Patch Swap
Work on the Snibbles project
So I thought hand projects would be best for this month's goals! The tops have been done for years - you know how that goes! Now that I have Urban, I think he will enjoy the fun quilts during the seasons.
I will be in the process of moving my studio from the basement to an upstairs bedroom while we paint and clean the carpet downstairs. Bittersweet!
It will be a great opportunity to go through my stuff and get rid of patterns, fabrics, UFOs etc.
It will also be an arduous task going up two flights of stairs! Oh well, it needs to be done!
GOOD LUCK CHARMING GIRLS!

Think of all the money you will save in not having to go to the gym and use their stair master.

Yes, moving can be a real pain, especially if it is temporary, but you will be so pleased when it is all done!

Nedra, I was complaining about having to climb the stairs and someone told me to think of it as my no-cost gym. Works for me! (Especially the no cost!)

Mel...I always hate doing that part of a transition, too, but it will be so awesome when you are done! Good luck!

Enjoy your hand quilting. I have one I need to work on but I am waiting for the weather to turn cool.

I am impressed that you are going to hand quilt. It is all I can do to sew on the binding by hand. ;)
