Here are the fruits of my labors after spending some time online with no particular focus!

Darling list (with pictures) of Easter tutorials on Sew Mama Sew's blog

Have you picked up some fabric that you don't know what it is made of?  We Wilson's blog has great instructions on how to conduct fabric experiments that will determine if your fabric is 100% organic or if it has some synthetic fibers mixed in!
You are going to want to hang out at the Wilson's for a while!  There are great projects like this Dusting Mitt, perfect for spring cleaning!

Another MUST see creative blog!
Roots and Wings - I found this blog via a search for more Autism stuff.
One of the contributers (3 sisters) has an autistic child.
There are lots of fun crafts and tutorials here!  Great site to find fun stuff to make with kids!

My husband graduates with his masters in business this spring.  He wants to take off for a year to do some traveling . . . sound nice?  Well, yes until you realize that my home will now be a VW camper bus shared with my hubby and almost 4 year old.
No, NOT a motor home, a VW pop top camper bus.  Yes, there is a tiny fridge, a tiny sink, tiny cupboards, a swing out table,  and two sleeping areas, but no where for my quilting stuff!!!
I'm excited for the adventure where ever it leads and am trying to get lots of hand applique projects ready and after I found this site Sublime Stitching, I may even do some embroidery! Fun blog too!
I should learn how to knit before he head off for the great unknown.  It's been an art I've always wanted to learn but have been putting it off for years because I would rather sew!

Autism Crafts
Isn't this a GREAT piece?  Click on the picture to go to Roots and Wing's blog and make one of your own or for a friend!
Speaking of Autism, I found another blogger who has handmade items for sale to help finance the care of her two autistic children.
Beading for Autism - Only natural stones and glass are used to make beautiful quality jewelry items.

Wow Mel, lots of interesting info here - especially the trip in a tiny van!! Yikes! You will need to be super-organised with such a small space - but it could be the adventure of a lifetime!! It's something of a ritual here - Aussies do it all the time. Friends have just taken their 3 primary-school aged children off for five months. I think they'll be in Perth in August (they live over East).

Hope you can keep up with all your blogging friends!

Hugs - Shari
