Let's Talk About Robyn!

Robyn of Daisy Quilts has become a fun friend through blogging.  She sent me these beautiful mini quilts to use in future fundraising efforts for autism awareness.
I love the package wrapping!  Large daisy paper and a bright orange ribbon to match!
The colors of these elegant minis are so rich!  She included two buttons as a gift to me.  One is a teapot and cups and the other is a patchwork heart.  I am going to use them on 'just the right' project!
The package wrappings and contents are quite indicative of Robyn's creativity and generosity. Thanks so much Robyn, for your friendship, donation and gifts!
While we are on the subject of darling Robyn, let me remind you of her giveaway!  You have until the 8th of June to sign up to win her crafty assortment!
Robyn has got hundreds of quilters gathered and motivated to make hexagon quilts!  All types are being made from intricate patterns to whimsical random ones, like mine.  My hexies measure 2" each. I hope to have a lap quilt some day.
I had always wanted to try hexagons sometime and I held off for a good while before joining the group, not that there is any obligations.  And as I guessed I'm addicted!!  I have made a few smaller projects using smaller hexies, but have forgotten to take pictures.
Yes, Robyn's enthusiasm for quilting is contagious!!

How nice of Robyn! And I love your hexagons, Mel! I'm afraid to get started on them for fear I'll let everything else go!
Cheers!
