Yummy!

My sister made the Raspberry Jam Coconut Slice that Katie brought to the party on Monday. Here's how they turned out. Notice the perfectly toasted coconut! They tasted delicious! Kind of like a shortbread with raspberry and coconut! Thanks Katie! We're going to try all of the recipe's brought to the party!
